Leaving from Tokyo - 7PM

Arriving at Shimoda Cottage House - 10:30PM

SATURDAY

Soft awakening - 7AM

Hatha Yoga - 8AM to 10AM

Brunch - 10:30AM to 11:30AM

Relaxing time - 11:30AM to 12:30PM

Beach Yoga - 12:30PM to 5PM

Healthy BBQ - 5PM to 7PM

Yoga Talk & Documentary - 7PM to 9PM

SUNDAY

Soft awakening - 7AM

Advanced Hatha Yoga - 8AM to 10 AM

Brunch - 10:30AM to 11:30AM

Relaxing time - 11:30AM to 12:30AM

Heading back to Tokyo - 12:30AM to 5PM

HOW TO GO

__

By train from Tokyo:

Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen from Tokyo or Shinagawa station to Atami station.

Ito line from Atami station to Ito station.

Izukyuko Line from Ito station to Inazusa station.

2 pick-ups to the station by mini-bus will be organized before and after dinner on Friday night. Time to be announced.

By car from Tokyo:
