“Point of You” Workshop - 10:00 to 12:00

Lunch - 12:00 to 13:30

Sup Yoga & Beach Pilates - 13:30 to 17:30

Onsen - 18:00 to 19:00

Healthy BBQ & Party - 19:30

Soft awakening - 07:00

Forest Bathing Walk - 09:00 to 10:00

All activities are conducted in English/Japanese.

None of the activities are mandatory. You are free to spend you time as you wish. But we recommend you follow the program to get the full benefits of the retreat.

HOW TO GO

__

By train from Tokyo:

Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen from Tokyo or Shinagawa station to Atami station.

Ito line from Atami station to Ito station.

Izukyuko Line from Ito station to Inazusa station.

2 pick-ups to the station by mini-bus will be organized before and after dinner on Friday night. Time to be announced.

By car from Tokyo:

The exact address cannot be found using Google Maps. Please, copy paste the address in your own navigation system.

CANCELLATION POLICY

__

Spaces are limited for this retreat. If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can confirm someone else from the waiting list. There will be a cancellation fee from 15 days prior to the date of the event.

It is possible that due to a very unfortunate weather forecast, we decide to postpone the retreat. In that case, all participants have their participation secured for the next retreat and will be notified about the new dates as soon as we decide them. In the case you cannot attend the retreat on the new dates, you will be put on a priority list for future retreats. Refunds will be managed separately.

・Clothes according to the weather forecast (rain, temperatures)

・Swimwear, beach towel

・Sports shoes (running shoes and hiking boots)

・Water bottle

・You can bring your own yoga mat if you like

We take all necessary measures to keep everyone healthy. Guidelines to follow will be shared to you once registration is confirmed.

PHYSICAL & HEALTH CONDITION

You are responsible for consulting a doctor to check on your physical and health condition and to verify whether you are fit to participate to any of the activities planned during this retreat. If you have pre-existing conditions that you were not aware of prior to joining the retreat, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any health complications following one of our activities.
